Explore the crucial role that Bahamian settlers had in the creation of Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. Learn about the history of the Bahamian immigrants in the MacFarlane Homestead Historic District, the beginnings of the neighborhood and the stories each building tells.

Tours begin at the Coral Gables Museum and include museum admission. Bike tours are presented by Bike Walk Coral Gables in partnership with the Coral Gables Museum. You will need to bring your own bike. Helmets are required for children under 16. Each tour is approximately 2 hours long. $10; $5 for Museum and Bike Walk Coral Gables members, Coral Gables city employees, and children under 12. Please RSVP by calling: 305-603-8067.
