Yogis! Grab your yoga mat and join us for UnderFit Yoga powered by Baptist Health South Florida on Saturday, March 16th with classes every third Saturday of the month at 10 AM in partnership with Brickell City Centre. The monthly yoga classes debut Brickell City Centre’s Find Your Centre wellness initiative. One-hour sessions will be led by three instructors to make sure you have the best class around! There will be a variety of activities after each class so make sure you allow time to stay after class too.

Everyone is welcome to join the health-focused monthly series of FREE yoga sessions, #UnderFitYoga, and invited to enjoy Brickell City Centre’s multi-use retail-space thereafter.

For a guaranteed fun and fit Saturday, attendees of all ages and levels are welcome to check in, relax, get moving and connect with like-minded friends and fans of The Underline. As a warm-up to the class, Friends of The Underline encourages guests to walk, bike or take the Metromover directly to Brickell City Centre. Everyone is expected to sign a release waiver prior to starting the class, so get there a few minutes early.
