Yogis! Bring your mat on Saturday, February 15th at 10 AM and come prepared to elevate and align your chakras during The Underline’s free yoga session powered by Baptist Health South Florida.

The Sacral Session is the second of seven Chakras we will explore in 2020. Located at the upper part of the belly, the Sacral Chakra is the center of flexibility, flow, and sensuality. During the class, instructor Anny Noratto helps you explore this chakra’s principles of emotion and creativity.

All ages and levels are welcome to participate in our monthly yoga sessions offered by our exclusive health and wellness partner Baptist Health South Florida. Our host Brickell City Centre invites you to stay and enjoy the Centre and offers a 50% parking discount.

Registration opens at 9:30 AM for the 10 AM session.
