Yogis! Grab your yoga mat and join us at Brickell City Center for the Underline Yoga Chakra Series powered by Baptist Health South Florida.

The Crown Session, last in a series of seven chakras, starts Saturday, September 21st at 10:00 AM, registration begins at 9:30 AM. Explore the Crown Chakra with instructor Anny Noratto as she guides you through your center of trust, devotion and positivity. The Crown Chakra is the seventh Chakra. Located at the top of the head, it is the center of consciousness. During the yoga class instructor Anny Noratto help you explore this chakra’s principles of wisdom and bliss.

The monthly yoga classes are part of Brickell City Centre’s Find Your Centre wellness initiative. Sessions will be led by three instructors to make sure you have the best class around!

For a guaranteed fun and fit Saturday, attendees of all ages and levels are welcome to join the health-focused monthly series of FREE yoga sessions, #UnderlineYoga, and invited to enjoy Brickell City Centre’s multi-use retail-space afterward.

As a warm-up to the class, Friends of The Underline encourages guests to walk, bike or take the Metromover directly to Brickell City Centre.
