Yogis! Grab your yoga mat and join us for the Underline Yoga Chakra Seriespowered by Baptist Health South Florida.

The Root Session, the first in a series of seven chakras, starts Saturday, March 16th at 10:00 AM. The Root Chakra is the first Chakra. Located at the base of the spine, it is the center of foundation and safety. During the yoga class, instructor Anny Noratto helps you explore this chakra’s principles of security and survival.

The monthly yoga classes are part of Brickell City Centre’s Find Your Centre wellness initiative. Sessions will be led by three instructors to make sure you have the best class around!

For a guaranteed fun and fit Saturday, attendees of all ages and levels are welcome to join the health-focused monthly series of FREE yoga sessions, #UnderlineYoga, and invited to enjoy Brickell City Centre’s multi-use retail-space afterward.

No yoga mat? No worries, we will have free mats for you to use. As a warm-up to the class, Friends of The Underline encourages guests to walk, bike or take the Metromover directly to Brickell City Centre.

Everyone is expected to sign a release waiver prior to starting the class, so arrive a few minutes early.
