Extending Typoe’s signature visual language into the built environment, the Sculpture Garden invites visitors to move through color, form, and message.
Known for transforming typographic expression into vibrant visual compositions, Typoe expands his two-dimensional practice into sculptural space with Typoe Sculpture Garden. The installation translates graphic shapes and color relationships into physical structures that viewers can walk among and experience from shifting perspectives.
The work reflects Miami’s visual culture—its signage, street art, and layered design influences—while maintaining a refined, contemporary aesthetic. As light and movement change throughout the day, the forms produce new visual interactions, reinforcing the idea that meaning is shaped by context and experience.
Situated along The Underline, the Sculpture Garden activates the corridor as both pathway and destination, embodying the project’s commitment to merging art, design, and daily life into a shared civic landscape.
