Citylab: In a Global Health Emergency, the Bicycle Shines

National broadcasting network Telemundo stopped by The Underline last week to help celebrate the unveiling of Brickell's first public restrooms.

The prospect of riding a bike in Miami is somewhere between maddening and dangerous.

Miami-Dade County’s signature linear park and urban trail project, The Underline, is on its way to deliver the second phase of its development, with the construction of a 2.14-mile segment connecting Southwest 13th Street to 19th Avenue.

In 2016, Friends of The Underline were recognized for voluntarism, sustainability and commitment to community with two awards: The AD Barnes award from Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation & Open Spaces and Dream in Green's Green Project of the Year award!
