At The Underline, we are seeking volunteers to support our various teams. Please review the important information below and submit your application!
Commitment: A minimum of 1 day a week for three weeks, plus a background check.
Volunteers under 18 must have a parent/guardian complete this registration and submit the online waiver at the end of the form.
In addition to the application, accepted applicants must complete a Volunteer Orientation and submit extra safety documentation.

We seek volunteers to help our development team with community outreach calls. This opportunity is open during weekdays, with the option of working remotely after completing an on site training.
Event Dates: Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays
Tasks: Donor Outreach
Time: Flexible
Frequency: 2 to 3 hours twice a week
Volunteer Capacity: 2 – 3
Contribute to Miami’s shared backyard! Help beautify our gardens, learn about our native plantings, and grow Miami’s green corridor.
Event Dates: The first Saturday of every month with some exceptions
Volunteer Tasks: Gardening, mulching, weeding and more.
Volunteer Arrival Time: 7:45 AM
Event Duration: 8 AM – 11:00 AM
Proof of Service Hours: Provided upon request
Volunteer Capacity: 30
Visit the Hammock Playground for even more opportunities for play. Bring your family for this special day of exploration and learning. Discover activities and live engagements, supported by The Kirk Foundation. Meet your neighbors, enjoy music, and indulge in delicious treats from local vendors.
Event Date: The third Saturday of every month, beginning in September
Tasks: Event welcome, check-in, art surveys, art station assistance, building blocks captain, and breakdown.

Event Duration: 10 AM – 12:00 PM

Yogis! Friends of The Underline is pleased to offer free Underline yoga classes powered by Baptist Health every Saturday morning from 9 – 10 AM at The Underline Brickell Backyard Inter Stage, located on SW 8th Street SW 1st Avenue Miami, FL 33131.
