Introduction
Underline In Lights: February 14-21, nightly. Metrorail's Vizcaya Station will come alive with colored lights every night beginning February 14th and ending on February 21st. Why? As we start the design planning process for The Underline, we will be working on possible lighting solutions for beautification, to encourage nighttime usage, and to enhance security.
