On behalf of your community park, we are thrilled to share The Underline Impact Report for fiscal year 2022/23. As The Underline grows to its full ten miles, your generous support and advocacy has propelled this project forward and made a significant impact on the diverse communities we serve.

Support from donors, volunteers, and friends during the past fiscal year (10/1/22-9/30/23) has positioned our organization for success. Thanks to your investment, in 2022/23 The Underline team has:

  • Raised over $4 million in private and public funding to support our thriving park
  • Presented over 200 community events including free dog-friendly programming, health and wellness activities, and so much more
  • Created "green jobs" through the Green Leaders initiative
  • Engaged public and private volunteer groups in native gardening activities
  • Acquired and installed beautiful and compelling public works of art
  • Hosted public meetings to listen, inform, and educate our neighbors on Phase 3 amenities

Click here to view the report and learn more about how your support is creating a more resilient and more connected Miami.

We recently opened our second 2.14 mile phase of The Underline, expanding our footprint to 3 miles. Private philanthropy is essential to expanding our programming to serve residents and visitors and grow our green footprint to support 130,000 native plants and trees in 2024. We are grateful for the difference you are making in our community.
